Delete Account

Delete in the app

Follow these steps inside the K-Story Trail app to delete your account.

1. Open the app
2. Go to the My Profile tab
3. Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner
4. Select Account
5. Select Delete Account
6. Tap Confirm

Data that will be deleted

• Account information (email, nickname, profile photo)
• Footprints and visit history
• Social activity (follows, notifications)
• Journals, comments, and likes
• Learning records (quiz, idiom, and proverb progress)

All data is permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Data that may be retained

No personal data is retained beyond what is required by law. Operational service logs may persist briefly and are then automatically purged.

Request deletion without the app

If you are unable to use the app, send a deletion request to the email address below, including the email address associated with your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
