King Chimnyu
枕流王King?~385
King Chimnyu was the 15th ruler of Baekje and the eldest son of King Geungusu. In 384, the year of his accession, he welcomed the monk Marananta from Eastern Jin and officially adopted Buddhism for the first time in Baekje, an event that would deeply shape the kingdom's thought and culture. His reign was brief: he died the following year, in 385, and was succeeded by his younger brother, King Jinsa.
