Choe Yang-eop (崔良業, 1821-1861) was a Catholic priest of the late Joseon period and, after Kim Dae-geon, the second Korean to be ordained to the priesthood. Baptized with the name Thomas, he traveled across the country ministering to believers during an era of persecution until illness brought on by exhaustion took his life.
