Ondal
溫達General?~590
Ondal (溫達, ?–590) was a military officer of Goguryeo and the son-in-law of King Pyeongwon, its 25th ruler. He is widely remembered through the "Tale of Ondal," which recounts his story with Princess Pyeonggang, and tradition holds that he rose from humble origins to become a general. He was killed in battle at Achasanseong during a campaign to recover lost territory, and is popularly known as "Ondal the Fool."
