Song Byeongjun
宋秉畯Official1858~1925
Song Byeong-jun (1858–1925) was an official active in the final years of the Korean Empire who served in posts such as inspector of the Saheonbu in Joseon. He organized and led the Iljinhoe, a pro-Japanese organization, and petitioned for Korea's annexation by Japan, making him one of the most prominent pro-Japanese collaborators involved in the loss of Korean sovereignty.
