This is the former faculty residence (gwansa) of the Ganggyeong Public Commercial School, located within the grounds of Ganggyeong Commercial High School in Nonsan. The single-story brick building was constructed in 1931 and features a Japanese-style wooden structure translated into brick, with a high gabled roof. It has historical value as an example of modern residential architecture.
