Seyangsa is a clan shrine of the Yeosan Song clan, Jisangongpa branch, located in Jiseok-ri, Chunghwa-myeon, Buyeo-gun, dedicated to two mid-Joseon officials: Hwaganggang Song Yeong-gwi and Sinim Song Yun-heon. The shrine's construction date of 1958 is clearly recorded in the ridge beam inscription. The main building is a three-bay-front structure with a double-eave hip-and-gable roof. The triple gate (samun) is a three-bay raised gate structure. The shrine reflects the architectural style of its era well. Nakyukjae in front of the shrine's lower section is said to be where Sinam Song Yun-seon studied; the current Nakyukjae was built in 1980. Nearby sites include Dongjeolsa Shrine, Bokgeum Reservoir, Odeoksa Temple, Songjeong Reservoir, Buyeo Youth Training Center, and the Seodongyo Theme Park.
