영해local Confucian school는 경사지에 construction/establishment하는 일반적인 예에 따라 Daeseungjeon (Confucian shrine hall)을 Myeongnyundang (lecture hall) 뒤에 두는 전학후묘 방식을 택했다. 태화루를 제외한 대성정, Myeongnyundang (lecture hall), 동재와 서재는 2009년에 restoration하였고, 동무와 서무, 내삼문, 전사청은 전에는 없었으나 과거의 기록에 따라 이때에 새로 만들었다. Daeseungjeon (Confucian shrine hall)에 5성, 동무와 서무에 송조 2현, 우리나라 18현의 spirit tablet가 봉안되어 있다.
