The Cheongnim-ri Seated Stone Buddha in Buan-gun, Sangseo-myeon, is a Joseon early-period stone seated Jijang Bodhisattva (Ksitigarbha) located in Gaeeamsa Temple. The statue was moved to Gaeeamsa from the old Cheongnim temple site. The join between the neck and chest is fractured and has been repaired with cement, so the original form is unclear and the wear is severe, making it impossible to see what ornaments it had; however, the presence of a raised band below the neck suggests that a necklace was carved there. The head wears a hood that hangs long down the shoulders and back. The hands are placed with the left overlapping the right, and the thumbs of both hands extended straight and touching. The palms cup a jewel. This is a typical hooded Jijang Bodhisattva (seated stone figure). Around Gaeeamsa Temple are Boksingul Cave, Ugeumseong Fortress, and Ulgeumbawi Rock.
