Gaedoksa Temple is located in Chubu-myeon, Geumsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. Nestled at the foot of Seobaeksan Mountain, detailed records have not been passed down, but it is estimated to have been founded during the Goryeo period, as roof tile fragments believed to be from the Goryeo period were excavated from a temple site near Gaedoksa. At the temple, visitors can see the Seobaek Waterfall (also called Gaedok Waterfall), as well as the Daeungjeon main hall and Sansingak. A Seodaesan Dream Resort is located near the temple.
