Seungamsa Temple is a Korean Buddhist temple (Taego Order) situated on Seungam Mountain in Jeonju. The mountain is said to resemble the shape of a monk. During the Joseon era, the renowned monk Jinmuk is said to have practiced asceticism here. The temple is closely accessible from the city and visible from the main road, making it an approachable place of worship.
